Location was handy and absolutely perfect with proximity to a 16th-century college chapel. And I was next to a good local pub, two coffee shops, and the hill.

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment. It was very fresh and clean, with all the amenities we needed for self-catering. The owner, Sandra, was very caring and communication with her was quick and hassle-free. The location was perfect, right in the heart of Old Aberdeen and within walking distance to the university campus. The apartment was well-equipped with a fully stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, and modern bathroom. There were even thoughtful touches like tea, coffee, biscuits, and a bottle of wine waiting for us upon arrival. Having a parking permit was also a great convenience. the cleanliness, facilities, location, and friendly staff made our stay memorable.

I had an amazing stay at this modern and cosy apartment in the heart of the historic old town. The location was perfect, just steps away from the University of Aberdeen. The apartment was fresh and clean, with everything I needed for self-catering. It was the cleanest self-catering accommodation I've ever stayed in. I was pleasantly surprised to find tea, coffee, sugar, biscuits, and even a bottle of wine waiting for me upon arrival. The kitchen was well-equipped with plenty of coffee pods, dishwasher tablets, cleaning products, and washing machine detergent. The bathroom had all the toiletries I needed, and there were even spare towels and blankets available. The beds were comfortable, and communication with Sandra, the host, was excellent. Having the parking permit was a great convenience. I highly recommend this apartment for anyone visiting Aberdeen.
Although the sofa bed wasn't very comfortable for sitting or sleeping, it didn't ruin my stay as I only needed it for one night. I managed to make it more comfortable with blankets and a mattress protector, and I was already warned by Sandra that it was hard.

The apartment was incredibly clean and well-equipped, exceeding my expectations. It had all the necessary amenities including a washing machine, dryer, oven, microwave, and iron. There were also plenty of towels, blankets, and complimentary coffee and tea.
That the heating in the apartment was a bit insufficient, making the space feel a little cool and damp. the sofa bed was not very comfortable for sitting or sleeping, although it was only needed for one night.

I had an amazing stay at this apartment. It exceeded my expectations in several ways. Firstly, it was impeccably clean and had all the necessary amenities, including a washing machine, dryer, oven, and microwave. The modern TV and free coffee and tea were nice touches as well. The owner, Sandra, was incredibly attentive and communication with her was quick and hassle-free. She even allowed me to leave my luggage before my flight, which was greatly appreciated. The location of the apartment was perfect, situated in a quiet street just a 2-minute walk from the university library. It was well-connected to the city center and the airport, making it convenient for exploring the city.
